How do I order products online?
1. Browse our Products section from the products page.

2. Click on shopping add to cart links.

3. Description: The main product page features the item photo and links to the cart
Where to Buy: You can purchase your product by clicking on the Cleantech Products page links, you'll be able to purchase online at www.cleantechproducts.com.au or through the order form located at Form Page section on our website.

4. Click on the online “add to cart” links to review your order page click on the view cart link. You can choose to proceed with the transaction, select additional products, view the shipping charges or clear your cart to delete the selected item(s).

5. Proceed to "Check Out" to complete your purchase. If you are a new user, you will be asked to register with Cleantech Products.com.au by providing shipping, billing and payment information through our secure servers. All the information you provide is processed through secure servers and will be kept under the terms of our privacy policy.

6. Once you have entered the appropriate information click "Submit Order" and your order will be sent. It may take a few seconds to process your credit card. A confirmation page will appear to verify that your order has been processed.

7. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order and another e-mail letting you know when it has been shipped.

How do I order products offline?
You can order your products via phone, fax or mail. To order products by phone you can call 0433 118 583 Monday thru Thursday between 10am and 5:30pm AEST. To order by fax simply download our printable pdf order form from our order form page and fax it to (02) 94511395 twenty-four hours a day 7 days a week. You can also mail the order form to PO Box 153, Belrose West, NSW 2085, AUSTRALIA.

What are biodegradable products?
Biodegradable products are products derived from organic, non-toxic sources.

What if I am not satisfied with the product?
We think that you will find Cleantech Products to be extremely effective and safe cleaners. However, if for any reason, at any time, you are not completely happy with any purchase, let us know. We'll make it right or refund the purchase price of the product.

How long will it take to process my order?
Our usual processing time, once an order has been PAID is 48-72 hours. If we anticipate any delays in processing your order, generally due to stock availability or longer than normal delivery lead-times, we will notify you via email or telephone. Delivery time varies from 1- 3 days, depending on several factors. If you have an urgent order, please call or email to discuss express delivery with one of our sales team.

Do you accept credit card payments?
We do not accept credit card payments directly through our store. Instead we offer customers the option of paying with a credit card via PayPal Australia. If you don't have a PayPal account please register at PayPal Australia and follow the prompts at the PayPal website for processing secure credit card sales. If you have a PayPal account you can choose the PayPal payment option on checkout. Please note that funds must clear in our bank account before any goods will be released. Even though funds are immediately withdrawn from the sending bank account, they may not clear in our bank account for
1- 2 days when paying with PayPal.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, and Delta. We also accept cheques, which should be payable to Cleantech Products and posted to the Company address contained within the Contact Us section. However, we are unable to send out the goods until the cheque has cleared (normally 5 days).

We supply out cleaning supplies to domestic customers, local authorities, schools, universities, nursing homes, nurseries, cinemas, cafes, sports clubs, hotels, pubs, contract cleaners, hospitals and many more.
